Advantage was built on hard work, dedication, and a passion for exceptional service. Our journey began in 2009 when Brandon, with the support of his parents, purchased his first book of business after his junior year of high school at Kalamazoo Christian. Balancing school, work, and a growing client base, he spent his senior year completing routes after school and on weekends.

After graduating, Brandon focused on expanding the company, adding team members—many of whom are still with us today. In 2017, we made a strategic shift, selling our residential accounts to specialize in corporate maintenance services. Today, we proudly operate multiple full-service crews for both lawn care and snow management.

In 2018, Brandon married his wife, Jenny, and relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan. This move sparked the next phase of Advantage’s growth, leading to expansion in the greater Grand Rapids region and the launch of our landscaping and hardscaping division. Our team is passionate about creating outdoor spaces that exceed expectations and bring our clients’ visions to life.
